Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for free within 14 days of receipt, provided that it has not been worn, damaged, and that the security seal is still intact.

Note well: We cannot issue refunds or exchanges for visibly damaged products.

To facilitate the return process, please follow the steps outlined below:

  • Send a request to: info@barriqule.com 
    Please indicate the order number and which product(s) you intend to return. We will process your request and send you a prepaid shipping label for the return within the next 48 hours.
  • Insert the item to be returned inside the package, complete with the seal of all its accessories, product manual, certificate of authenticity, and international warranty, if available, along with all other documents, in the original packaging and delivery packaging.
  • Please carefully close the delivery package and affix the prepaid shipping label on the outside.
  • Finally, go to a pickup point closer to your address.
  • Please note that products returned without original packaging, without seals, and/or with missing documentation will be automatically rejected; therefore, the product(s) being returned will be sent back to the sender without the latter being able to request a replacement of the product or a refund for it.
  • Once we receive the return, we will verify that the product meets the sales conditions and, if it does, we will proceed with the refund or exchange.

All refunds will be processed using the same payment method chosen at the time of purchase, and the amount is to be considered net of any shipping costs (if applicable at the time of purchase).

*Please note that purchased items must be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt. If the return request is made on the 14th day from delivery, the return must be completed by the same day. If the 14th day falls on a holiday, the return may be made by the next business day. After this period, it will no longer be possible to initiate the return process.

Lost or defective goods

As soon as you receive your order, please check it as soon as possible to ensure that everything is as you expected. In the event that your order is incorrect or an item has been lost or damaged:

  1. Contact our Customer Service by sending an email to the following address: info@barriqule.com indicating the order number. Please keep in mind that you need to contact us within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the shipment, otherwise we will not consider ourselves responsible for this/these product(s).
  2. In the email, please attach images showing: clearly that the received item is incorrect or damaged; the corresponding SKU – product code – of the glasses (you can usually find it indicated on the left arm of your product); its delivery note and the package in which you received the order.
  3. Finally, indicate whether you would like to receive a replacement (confirming your shipping address) or a refund.
  4. Once we receive the return, we will initiate a procedure to verify that the returned products are the same and in the condition in which they were sent, as well as compliant with the sales conditions, and if they are, we will proceed with the refund or exchange.

Our Customer Service will evaluate the information provided and investigate further. We will get back to you as soon as possible with the best solution for you.

Note: Please be aware that if any of the information mentioned above is missing, it will result in the automatic resolution of the case, without any claims.

This warranty does not affect your legal rights as a consumer, including, among others, the right to reject goods that are not substantially as described or that are defective.

Barriqule guarantees its sunglasses against damage due to defects in materials and workmanship that arise within a period of two years from the date of delivery of the goods.

You must inform Barriqule of the aforementioned defects within a reasonable period of time, and in any case, within 30 days from the date they were identified.

Scratched lenses fall under normal wear and are not covered by the warranty, unless the goods show such a defect upon delivery.
