Legal guarantee of conformity

All products bought from Barriqule, online or at the atelier, are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by European Union law and the Italian Consumer Code (Articles 128 et seq.).

In short

  • The guarantee lasts 2 years from delivery and covers any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery.
  • If the defect appears within 1 year of delivery it is presumed to have already existed: you don't have to prove it.
  • You are entitled, free of charge, to repair or replacement; if these are not possible or not carried out within a reasonable time, to a price reduction or termination of the contract with a refund.
  • Report the defect within 2 months of discovering it.
  • The legal guarantee is in addition to the 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases and is not limited by any commercial guarantee.

How to claim under the guarantee

Write to info@barriqule.com with your order or receipt number and a short description of the defect, or visit the atelier at Via Vernazza 13, Alba. Scratches on lenses due to normal use are not a lack of conformity.
